SPANISH STUDY CIRCLE
The Spanish Study Circle was founded in 1956 in London to promote the study of the stamps and postal history of Spain and its former colonies. In 2003, with approximately 150 members world wide, among them prominent collectors of "Spain", the Study Circle was elected to membership of the Spanish Academy of Philately.
Publications include the twice-yearly magazine "Espaņa" and a series of specialist studies (24 so far).
In addition to its two London meetings, the Study Circle holds an annual weekend conference and a postal auction.
